“None in the file” means a missing row. It does not confirm an absence of licensed professionals.

Which one are you?

I'm hiring

You run a practice in Florida and the people who could fill your opening already have jobs. Here is how you reach them without ever holding their contact details.

For clinics

I got an email from FaroHire

What it was, where your address came from, what the practice can and cannot see, and how one click stops all of it.

For professionals

You will never see their names or their email addresses. You will see the ones who raise their hand.

That is why the pool is still worth something. If this list could be downloaded, the practice down the road would download it too, and before long these people would delete every recruiting email on sight.

The list stays on our side. You pay per interested candidate. Not per email sent.

Three things happen, and you do two of them

  1. You pick the profession and the radius.

Miles from your practice address. You see how many hold the license inside it, in ranges, by county.

  2. We write to them on your behalf.

The email names your practice and goes to the address each person gave the state for their license.

  3. The interested ones show up in your portal.

Seeing them costs nothing. You pay, out of a prepaid balance, for each one whose call with you is confirmed.

The full walkthrough

We built it because we were living it.

FaroHire was built by someone who runs a health care practice in Florida, for a problem they had first: the openings were posted and paid for, and the people who could fill them already worked somewhere else and were never going to see a posting. That is also a conflict of interest, so here it is in full.

More about us
Disclosure

Our team includes someone who operates a health care practice in Florida. We do not serve direct competitors of that practice. Beyond that: no account receives priority, each client’s data is isolated, and compensation information is never shared between clients.

A lighthouse does not chase ships. It makes them come to it.

Before we write to any professional

Legal entity name, mailing address, privacy policy and terms of service belong here, and in the footer of every message the platform sends. They are not on this page yet. Until they are, FaroHire will not send a recruiting email to any professional who has not asked to receive one.

Tell us what you are trying to hire.

We reply by email with how many are inside your radius, from the file and its date. If we cannot work with you, the reply says so.
